Below is the schedule for Group Classes. Monday Morning Yoga and YIN are All Levels and can be practiced Hybrid. Drop-In or Class Cards are accepted. It is strongly advised you contact me, Mimi, before attending the Back Care and Scoliosis Class so I can get a sense of your needs and issues.

MONDAYS 8:30-9:45 AM | ALL LEVELS YOGA | $20

This class is designed to help increase flexibility, release muscle tension and create a greater sense of ease and calm through the focused emphasis on breath and synchronizing breath with movement. The postures used in this class will be of moderate vigor level and simpler in nature with accessible and guided transitions between postures, great for first time students and/or students with limited flexibility or injury. The class begins with a centering and warm up to help get settled and synched up with the breath and then flow. Class ends with quieting and cooling postures which help to seal the practice and relax the mind.

TUESDAYS 4:30-6 PM | BACK CARE + Yoga for scoliosis | $25

For all types of back issues, pain and postural problems including scoliosis. It offers a deliberate, step-by-step approach to the basic yoga postures and movement patterns that help relieve back pain. Abundant use of props such as the ropes wall, chairs, blankets and bolsters to aid in conscious movement. Suitable for those new to alignment-based yoga, new to working with their back issue through yoga practice, or those who like to move at a slower pace. Includes Restorative Yoga and Pranayama.

WEDNESDAYS 8:30-10AM | YINYOGA | $25

Slow, deliberate and meditatively focused, YinYoga offers us a chance to delve into the inner terrain of the subtle energy body meridians, chakras & Qi and how we can nourish and revitalize the fascial network & organic interconnections via this quiet practice, hydrating connective tissue, improving resiliency of the immune system and increasing sensitivity to our somatic experiences. Explore abiding calm and ease in your daily interactions on the yoga mat and in Life with this ancient Taoist tradition.
